Alicia McLeish

Seattle-based singer-songwriter Alicia McLeish is best known for her translucent vibrato and soaring melodies. Half PNW, half Spanish she brings forth a new folk sound deeply rooted in flamenco music.

Her new album, Backyard Sessions On A Windy Day, presents an acoustic version of beloved hits such as ‘Hello’ and ‘Rivers and Roads’ as well as introducing 2 newly-written originals.

Her career highlights include performing at Seattle’s Folklife festival as well as opening for Jon Foreman at SoulFood Coffeehouse in 2015. When she is not performing she enjoys teaching guitar, piano and voice as a private music teacher.
