A play by Riccardo Pieri
Director: Leonardo Lanzolla
As a modern immigrant I’m like some kind of new nomad. I’ll go around like an onion with my roots, my experiences, my contradictions, adding new elements to my changing identity.
The play is envisioning my journey on becoming an American Citizen.
As in a matryoshka, poetry, clothes to fold, monologues, onions, language soundscapes, masks and music aims to get audience into the world of the struggling of new nomadic people.
One-55 minutes act, PG+13, no intermission
