Songwriter in the Round with Val D’Alessio, Geli Wuerzner and Allison Preisinger

We will be singing, harmonizing, guitarizing, swapping songs and stories in this round robin style performance. May the music take us higher as we come together in song at this very cool coffee shop!
About each of us:
Val D’Alessio describes her music as “Joy and passion powered folk-pop on country blues back road”. Her sound is reminscent of early James Taylor and Carol King. She is often noted for her driving, melodic finger picking guitar style.
Geli Wuerzner is an international storyteller that is both a musician and a writer. She will weave her stories and music together into an intimate, heartfelt tapestry that captivates her audience in moments. She is an accomplished violist/singer and half of the folk-rock duo, “A Lovely Ruckus”.
Northwest musicians and fans have described Seattle singer-songwriter Allison Preisinger’s music as raw and honest. Allison has an eclectic range of influences including Ryan Adams, Cat Stevens, Regina Spektor and Flogging Molly. Her writing and performances provide a combination of the sincerity of an unplugged Eric Clapton with the melodic poetry of a solo Joni Mitchell.
